Katy Schermann

Katy began her career in finance, working at Bridgewater Associates and later at The Blackstone Group. Her entrepreneurial drive led her to found a personal assisting and concierge firm, which she successfully grew and operated for more than eight years before selling.

Following her passion for helping children and building mission-driven programs, Katy co-founded Ridgebury Farm, bringing together her entrepreneurial background and interest in equine-based work. She studied Equine Science at the University of Connecticut and previously participated in the Wilton Pony Club with her two daughters. Katy serves as Ridgebury Farm’s Executive Director and Board President.
