Laura Worosz

Director

Laura Worosz brings a strong background in strategy, leadership, and community service to the Ridgebury Farm Board of Directors. Originally from Los Angeles, she earned a B.A. in Statistics from the University of California, Berkeley and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.


Laura began her career advising Fortune 500 executives as a supply chain strategy and operations consultant and research advisor, helping organizations make data-driven, strategic decisions. She later transitioned into residential interior design, where she combines analytical thinking with creativity and client-centered problem solving.


Since 2021, Laura has served as an elected member of the Redding Board of Education and has been Chairman since 2023. She is a passionate advocate for public education and early intervention for children with special needs, and she brings this commitment to inclusive, thoughtful community leadership to her role at Ridgebury Farm.

The mission of Ridgebury Farm is to unite licensed clinicians and nature to deliver evidence-informed animal-assisted therapies and hippotherapy; occupational, speech, physical therapy, psychotherapy, and nature-based programs - that build physical and mental strength, emotional health, and social connection.
