Joanna Soulios

Joanna serves as Ridgebury Farm’s Office Coordinator and Administrative Assistant, supporting the farm staff and helping keep operations running smoothly. She brings nearly 30 years of experience in administrative roles across a variety of organizations.

She loves working in nature and around animals, and no two days at the farm are ever the same. Always ready to lend a hand wherever needed, she combines her organizational skills with her creative side—she’s also a painter, jewelry designer, and a Wine Specialist with WSET Level 3 credentials.

Some of her favorite farm moments include helping bring the Fête’s cave and waterfall feature to life, and spending time with Patches, her favorite Ridgebury horse, whom she describes as “so beautiful and large!”
