Katie Diamond

Katie Diamond serves as Ridgebury Farm’s Director of Strategic Initiatives, working closely with staff across the organization to support growth, programming, partnerships, and long-term planning. She brings a strong background in leadership, creative direction, and nonprofit development, with extensive experience building mission-driven organizations and managing large-scale projects and productions.

After earning a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance from the New England Conservatory of Music, Katie spent many years working in the arts as a performer, writer, producer, and director before founding A.C.T. of Connecticut in 2017. Under her leadership, the organization grew from a startup into a thriving nonprofit with a multi-million-dollar operating budget and a reputation for cultivating community connection through the arts.

At Ridgebury Farm, Katie combines her strategic and creative experience to support the farm’s continued growth and impact, helping strengthen programs, events, and organizational initiatives that benefit clients and families. Her favorite season at the farm is spring, appreciating the sense of renewal and new beginnings it brings each year.
