Ryan Bishay

Ryan serves as an Operations Assistant at Ridgebury Farm, supporting day-to-day operations and project management while continuing to help in the barn as needed. He works closely with both staff and horses and brings a hands-on, adaptable approach to his role.

After spending about a year working in the barn, Ryan recently joined the office team, where he now focuses on operations, project coordination, and volunteer support. He enjoys contributing to Ridgebury Farm’s mission and values the opportunity to work in nature each day.

Ryan has a special fondness for Ferdi, whose playful personality makes him a favorite. Originally from California, he especially loves the summer months at the farm and enjoys being part of Ridgebury’s events—particularly the Fête.
