Cancellation Policy

Mommy & Me Registration, Attendance & Refund Policy To provide a consistent experience for all participating families, registration for Mommy & Me is made on a full-session basis. Enrollment reserves your family's spot for the entire 8-week program and cannot be transferred to another participant. **Registration & Payment** * Registration is for the complete 8-week session only. Individual class registrations are not available. * Full payment is required at the time of registration to reserve your spot. **Refund Policy** * All registrations are final. * No refunds, credits, or partial refunds will be issued for missed classes, scheduling conflicts, illness, vacations, or other absences. * If a participant is unable to attend one or more classes, those classes are considered forfeited and cannot be made up or credited toward a future session. **Cancellations** * Participant cancellations do not qualify for a refund or credit, regardless of when notice is provided. * Ridgebury Farm reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a class due to severe weather, instructor illness, or other unforeseen circumstances. If Ridgebury Farm cancels a class, families will be notified of any makeup class or alternative arrangements when possible. By registering for the Mommy & Me program, participants acknowledge that they have read and agree to this Registration, Attendance & Refund Policy.
